The Farthings is a very spacious light and airy home in an attractive setting. All bedrooms are en suite with toilet and wash basin and we have the latest in adapted bathing technology for all needs.
All our beds are state of the art as is our nurse call system and we strongly believe in combining investment and technology with personal active participation in care, plus homely touches as these deliver the best setting and ambiance for our residents.
We have an on-site salon offering relaxing hairdressing, manicures and nail painting.
We have several communal areas through the home which are ideal for conversation, making friendships or simply relaxing. These areas include a large activity lounge which we are equipping with wheelchair adapted desks and IT facilities including on-demand videocall functionality via facebook portal alongside a library of books, games, magazines and newspapers.
